What Makes Us Different
I started Weiseraways because I wanted to make real change in the dog industry, and give dogs choice, autonomy over their bodies, teach decision making and problem solving, and end the cycle of obedience training as a way of working on behavior change. Once I started I quickly realized that humans needed just as much love and attention as the dogs.
In a world where society tells humans to seek perfection, enacts bills and laws on our gender, sex, race and freedom of expression, where having emotions is seen as weakness, and asking for help symbolizes admitting defeat; I wanted to change the narrative. I'm here to make real change, to love you and your dog, to show up as who you are, and I want to do it together. I strive to create growth over perfection, emotional vulnerability and self-awareness over projection, and showing up for one another to create lasting change.
Puppy Board & Train
Is your dog ready for puppy sleep-away camp?
We are so excited to host your pup and give them an experience of a lifetime! In our Puppy Board & Train program you have the option to send them with us for 1, 2 or 4 weeks depending on your puppies age, necessities, and training involved.
We only take 1-2 dogs at a time, so your pup will be in great hands and always have our attention.
We keep your puppy on your schedule and stick to your routine so when you come to pick them up, the transition is seamless, stress free, and they understand what is expected of them.
When you send your dog to us for training, you are entrusting their physical, emotional, and mental health with us. We will ensure they are cared for and loved like they are part of our family. And don't worry, our Board & Train is in our home, this means that your puppy will be living, sleeping and training with us at all times.

All Inclusive Training
Are you ready to change you and your dogs life forever? With our All Inclusive Training Package you get it all at once over a 2.5 day training intensive with you, your family, and your dog.
The All Inclusive is in person tailored training centered around how you want to live with your dog featuring individualized and one on one sessions focused on your dogs specific needs. We dive deep into connecting, training, learning, and, growing your relationship to yourself and your dog in a way that allows the results to last.

What is your most popular Board & Train option?
Our most popular option is 2 weeks of Puppy Board & Train. Within two weeks we are abke to take training at the puppies pace while ebsuring they are learning what they need to

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before a Board & Train or All Inclusive package. If a session is cancelled within 72 hours or less before the session, clients will be offered to reschedule, and there will be no refund. If a client cancels a Board & Train or All Inclusive more than 72 hours ahead of time a refund will be made.
Consultation
Our consultation is 90 minutes split into two sections: 60 minutes of Human Education and 30 minutes of getting to know you and your dog. This is included in both the All Inclusive as well as the Board & Train.
The Human Education part of the consultation will focus on understanding the dog and human behavior and relationship by learning important dog behaviors, postures, stressors and much more needed to better understand your dog.
We also review the human side of training and learning to pinpoint and understand our emotions. It allows us to stop, reflect on how we are feeling, understand our priorities, and heal rather than taking our emotions out on our dogs. Weiserways believes that being introspective is vital to training.
The second part of the consultation is all about the specifics you and your dog are looking to work on in order to build a stronger relationship. This is where we talk about management, training, and an enrichment plan.
After the consultation is the observation period. This is where I ask you to observe your dog in every setting, write down what you see, and learn to decode your dog's behaviors and feelings based on what you learned in the consultation. This is important because it is what makes training sustainable for you and your dog.
